Teaching Philosophy:

What I love about teaching is that you encounter such a wide range of people.  Ski instructing is all about the fun factor and putting people at ease.  It is also important to figure out the different learning styles and what 'triggers' each individual to adapt or change their skiing.  In this way, you get results.

Skiing Philosophy:

For my own personal development, I try to ski with those people who challenge me the most - whether it's speed, technique, or tough terrain and snow conditions.  This is one of the main reasons that I ski - it's a sport where one can continually learn and be challenged by a wide variety of factors.
