Join us for a free, three-part masterclass designed specifically for skier who wants to eliminate the need for "aprés ski ibuprofen" and ski with greater confidence. Webinar 1: The Bio-Mechanical Advantage Topic: Eliminating Wear and Tear With Precise Alignment. Stop fighting your equipment and start aligning your body for strength. In this session, we break down: The "Knee-Saving" Strategy: How to use the lateral glutes and hamstrings to ski with a strong aligned stance to protect your knees. The back basics: How to properly engage your core to support your low back. Secrets of the sidecut: How to leverage the skis design to save energy and take pressure off the body. Webinar 2: The Gear Audit Topic: Pre-Season Gear Checks & Equipment Failure Prevention. Your gear setup from five years ago might be a liability today. We discuss the technical side of injury prevention: The DIN Truth: Why "setting and forgetting" your bindings is a recipe for disaster as your bone density and ski style evolve. Boot Geometry: How a simple cuff-alignment check can fix knee pain. Failure Points: Identifying ski edge damage to prevent falls caused by gear failure. Webinar 3: Defensive Skiing Topic: Collision Avoidance. On a crowded weekend at Perisher, the biggest threat isn't the mountain—it’s the "other guy." We teach you to ski smarter by choosing lines and tactics that minimize the risk of collision: Spatial Mapping: How to read the "fall line" and the trajectory of the skiers around you to predict accidents before they happen. The "Escape Route" Mentality: How to do a daily stoping distance test and plan a exit strategy for every line choice. High-Traffic Tactics: Managing speed and visibility in "The Funnel" zones without sacrificing the joy of the run. Host: Presented by the expert coaching team at Canadian Ski Quest. Format: Three 40-minute sessions followed by a Live Q&A. Cost: Free (Registration Required). [Reserve My Spot on the Series] Note: Limited to 50 participants to ensure high-quality Q&A.
